About Lexi Parrott
Lexi Parrott is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Nutritionist, holding a Masters Degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley. She has maintained a full time private practice in Portland for 13 years. She is an instructor of hypnosis applications for PCC and has taught at OHSU School of Nursing and Beaverton Public Schools. She has appeared on AM Northwest, the Dave Stone Show among others.
Lexi is also a Reiki Master and a Practitioner of Sacred Energy Work and Matrix Energetics. She is currently studying with Dr Mark Dunn. Her specialties include advanced studies in the areas of Ericksonian Hypnosis, Self Relations with Dr. Steven Gilligan, NLP, Regression Therapy, Family of Origin issues, Parts Therapy, Weight Mastery , Medical Hypnotherapy, Smoking Cessation, Depression/Anxiety and Energy Clearing.
Lexi's practice is spiritually minded with a focus on interactive processes that empower her clients to become agents of change in this positive transformative process. All clients leave this work with the ability to experience self hypnosis and the understanding of how to connect with their unique subconscious creative intelligence--the source of all lasting breakthrough change.
